I was very pleased with my doctor.

Very HELPFUL, courteous, answered all my questions. Overall GREAT.

Although, the new symptom was not clearly defined. Several options were presented to me for future actions as well as a new medication to relieve the symptoms. I appreciated they requested the degree of discomfort and did not advise anything beyond over the counter pain control. I appreciate their resolution at the optimum level and not over medicating. I now know the future steps that they are considering at my next 6 month review. That provides me ease of mind knowing the direction the care will take.

The dr was very patient with me as I have a hard time explaining how things felt

In my 76 years of receiving medical care, I have never been under the care of a more nurturing, considerate, knowledgable physician than Dr. Ann Thomas. Because of her demeanor and professionalism, I am constantly recommending her to others. When she has a question to ask me, relating to concerns duscussed during an appointment, Dr. Thomas calls me on the phone, and we discuss the issue until it is resolved. If it hasn't been effectively resolved during the initial conversation, she often calls me a second time for further discussion, and to assess my understanding, never losing patience with me. I have never had a physician, who calls her patients at home, or who even comes close to her level of empathy. There are no words which can adequately describe her level of concern for her patients.

Dr Thomas is an awesome provider, she cares about her patients, I felt very comfortable about the care she provides.
