Dr. Mareddy was very responsive to my concerns. He immediately showed us the videos of my test results when I asked about them. He also seemed to understand my concerns about meeting with him again to discuss the results of my next procedure and switched his plan from me calling to make an appointment to my leaving the office with an appointment scheduled. Small thing but a big difference. I also appreciate that he made my husband feel welcome.
