Dr. Breland is the best PCP I've ever had, and in my 60+ years, I've had many.

Dr Breland's care was fast. Dr Breland seemed to take my word for what I felt I have, I've felt I was an inconvenience to Dr Breland. I realize Dr Breland is busy, however, making a patient feel as if their causing a bad day should be stopped.

Dr Breland exhibits good knowledge of medical facts; however he is very reluctant to instigate diagnosis and treatment. Consequently, I left this consultation in the same bind with which I entered it, only to begin another 24 day delay before seeing a referred MD in another city. My expenditure of hours of energy to drive to Bedford, staff intake, interview with the doctor, and drive home did not return any benefit to my health condition.

Dr. Breland is a great doctor. Is professional, follows my progress, and addresses any concerns I have.

I am a very healthy person so when I encountered my first illness, I expected a prescription for the knew brace that I needed to have. I have spent 100 dollars in multiple knee braces trying to do what the doctor says I need to do bit I left unclear about my next steps...all he said was knee brace, Tylenol, and occasional ice pack. I wish I would have had a written note and because I have never used a knee brace what kind of knee brace, how long each day and how long do I need to wait before coming back to the doctor, can I still work with the knee brace or not, in fact if I needed rest, should I have been taken out of work for 2 days. Ultimately, no big deal, but I'm a detail oriented person so for me it meant a lot to get the details for things I don't know about. I don't like figuring it out on my own. The doctor was clearly rushing that day because the med student inquired about my anemia and blood work for that day and when I left the doctors office he did not say miss [...], we are going to pull your blood to monitor that while you are here as well. The doctor was too busy. I think if he would have asked have you used a knee brace before and showed me a picture of what I needed to have . I would have left feeling very confident about what I need to do but I had to do the trial and error thing. I'm still figuring it out but I'm hopeful this will be resolved in two weeks or less. The doctor was very knowledgeable about what is wrong and told me I have bursitis I just left with nothing so I didn't understand if I needed more information.

Dr B and student were very awesome skilled and above all else friendly.
