Erno, NP was so nice. Very respectful to my 94 year old mom, thoroughly explained her medications, her plan of care. Also personally came into the exam room & introduced himself, shook moms hand & apologized for running a few minutes behind since the patient ahead of us needed a translator so it was taking a bit more of his time, and he would be in in a few minutes.
