    The questions that I had were answered clearly and courteously. My wife asked about documents that she was supposed to pick up. Ms. Crawford went and got them for her and gave her the chance to ask any questions.

    She was awesome. I was very upset and she never showed any concern or rush. Was cool calm and collected the whole time and included me in decisions on when to have the cat scan
