My care provider was Ms. McFadden. I discussed my interaction with her previously in this survey. She was knowledgeable & caring. She was also concerned that I fell, once In Lynchburg hospital & once at home. She Imediately ordered an x-ray to see if I had any damage to the surgery site.

Mom asked for son to be cleaned multiple times & never done only applied band aid to toe. Pt was d/c with concussion & had to walk out with Mom asst. no wheelchair pt also had fractured neck.
