Mom asked for son to be cleaned multiple times & never done only applied band aid to toe. Pt was d/c with concussion & had to walk out with Mom asst. no wheelchair pt also had fractured neck.

[...] She communicated very well choices of treatment. My only thought of improvement would be to offer a more definitive choice in my care for my treatment i.e. surgery, shots & therapy. Best for my age, condition, etc.
