Hillary was fantastic - I did not express any concerns to her

Hilary has always been great! She checks in on everything and this past time let me know we could start mammograms early if I wanted.

The questions I had were answered in terms that I could understand. My issues were addressed professionally and with compassion. Again this was possibly on of the best visits as far as respect, kindness, understanding, compassion, knowledge and treatment of my condition. I walked out feeling heard, understood and confident that my condition was being treated properly.

I had some concerns and I didn't feel like she talked to me much about it, I just felt lectured to. She told me I should go to a different doctor

Hillary always treats me with kindness, listens in a way I feel heard, provides wise guidance and I trust her deeply with my medical care.

Hillary really went the extra mile to understand and hopefully treat my sudden learning issues; whether it is related to perimenopause, neurology, psych, she really thought it thru to try to come to a conclusion. Wasn't dismissive and asked a lot of questions, which I really appreciate.

Provider is always amazing!

Hillary was amazing. She was so kind and caring and answered any questions that I had. When she did my exam, she talked me through it. She payed attention to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Hillary made me feel heard and she validated my concerns. She's very up to date/current regarding treatments for my needs.

She was just unable to listen to me in the time she had. Very much at the edge of her seat hoping to leave the whole time. I felt like I was wasting her time.

Hillary is the absolute best! She takes her time with me and explains things and I appreciate that.

Hilary communicated in a way that was dismissive and condescending. After I left the office, feeling very discouraged, she called on my way home and offered a follow-up ultrasound. I didn't feel heard or understood at all during her brief visit with me, and I wish she had taken the time to hear and seek to understand what was going on while I was there in the room with her. Unfortunately, my experience was similar to other poor reviews I read online, and I would not recommend Hilary for anything other than a routine visit.

Love Hilary. She gave me enough information and advice to decide on treatment. She listened and was respectful when I had more questions. I appreciate her so much.

Provider was dismissive, rude and condescending. Didn't care about my problems and said I was ridiculous for seeking alternative, natural care. Wouldn't provide the tests I asked for and just said I was fine.

Love seeing Hillary. She had a student with her who was professional and did a great job during the exam. Hillary is a great teacher and resource.

Hillary Neighbors and her staff were wonderful. Hopefully she and her staff will stick around. Centra has a great history of running of the best and brightest, so they can higher more administration or build another building.
