Jayla Taylor, PA

Jayla has known since childhood that she wanted to pursue a career in surgery, a passion that was solidified during her PA training through hands-on experience with the CMG general surgery team. She is drawn to general surgery for its variety, continuous learning and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives. Jayla enjoys providing care at Centra because of its collaborative, patient-centered environment and strong commitment to compassionate care. Outside of work, she stays active with Pilates and spin, enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and discovering local food trucks.
