I went in feeling very down and depressed. After my visit with Dr. Smiley I left feeling much better. He truly seemed to care about how I was feeling and was very encouraging. He seemed very competent and also explained a lot of things to me to help me understand my health situation much better.

Not a comfortable feeling when the "provider" sits with his arms crossed and stares out into space when speaking. I had the impression that I was keeping him from something more important than me.
