Very concerning

Kelsey is a wonderful provider for me.After so many years of providers leaving almost as soon as they arrived I am so grateful that Kelsey is staying so that I can get continuous care by a provider that knows me and my health issues.I am so thankful.

K. Brooks is good at her job. She seems to care about her patients. Listens well, assesses and presents a plan to maintain good health. Very mature for one so young. I trust her.

I've never had a provider listen to my concerns and take them seriously like Kelsey did. She was kind, compassionate, professional, and comforting.

She is very responsive to my questions, even doing research and getting back to me via email or text with her findings within hours. She is supportive and encouraging and takes an authentic interest in my struggles, progress, and health adventure.

K. Brooks listened and took my odd issue seriously and put in the medications needed to address the issue and keep further pain and damage from happening. She was knowledgeable but asked me questions since I have a different presentation than most. She said what was needed to make sure she covered herself but treated me as an educated adult and did not talk down to me or over explain. It was one of the quickest and most helpful visits I have had in years and I left feeling heard, understood, and with the medications I needed to stop the progression until the specialist was available. I am very happy to have such a wonderful woman to turn to for my Healthcare.

Mrs. Brooks, was awesome, answered my questions. Did x ray and blood work that day. I got a call that evening about my blood work, and X-ray results the next day.
