Margaret Bauer, DNP

I don't always agree with Margaret, but I know she cares about whats best for me long term. She has always worked with me & taken my fears & concerns into consideration. We make decisions as a team & she makes sure I have all the info I needed & continues to educate me every visit.

Very good experience.

There were a lot of explanations of many different options. It was information overload and then I was asked which option I want when I don't fully understand the options/am trying to process the info. I would like to have more guidance from the expert on what the best option is. I was also told I will never be completely pain free which is extremely discouraging.

I really enjoyed my visit with Mrs. Bauer today. Before coming here I was struggling and in a lot of pain with no relief in site. It was affecting my everyday life terribly and still does because it's not curable but now I don't suffer as bad and my pain level is not a constant 10 and I don't cry and everything like I did.

Explains well how certain medications work on pain receptors. [...] But, she does a good job ensuring my CKD doesn't worsen.

Margaret is Wonderful, help me control my pain and anxiety.

Margaret Bauer, explain what each of my medicines do for me concerning my pain and muscle discomfort and cramping. She always ask me what do I feel she can do to help me control my pain. Then she makes her recommendations. I love that Dr. Bauer always give you a trial prescription to let me see my reactions to a medicine before doing a full prescription. Only if it helps and I'm not allergic to it, if give her a call and then she does a full prescription. Saving me and my insurance company from waisted medicine.

My first time meeting my doctor, but she made me feel very comfortable with her.

She was so kind, empathetic, sympathetic, informative and very easy to talk to.

Seeing Margaret is always a fun experience. I can tell that she's sincere and genuinely cares about my health.

I was going to stop going to Centra Pain Management. I felt like I was just there to say hello. The pain wasn't addressed. My appointment with Dr. Margaret Bauer changed my mind. She addressed my pain and listened to what I had to say. If she ever leaves the practice, I will be leaving also [...]

Very good about presenting options to decrease pain and decrease opiates

Dr. Bauer is one of the best. She addresses all my concerns and offer practical solutions for my concern. Makes herself available to me if questions arise after the visits.

I was treated nicely. She seems to be trying to help me the best she can. I appreciate her being concerned about me.

We did talk about different medications to try to add for some additional pain relief. Margaret spoke loud and clear about them at first, then when it was clear the comprehension wasn't there, she began to speak to me more. She does a great job of making sure she speaks directly to my mom ([...]), and I appreciate that.

I can't say enough good comments about Margaret. Since I have been seeing her, she really listens, asks a lot of questions and seems to understand the different chronic conditions I have and how the affect one another. She added a new medication that made a world of difference for me and the electrical feeling that runs through me 24/7 from nerve damage. I actually slept through a night which hasn't happened since 1994! She is amazing!
