I absolutely love that she is from the community and made a deliberate choice to serve her community. We travel from Farmville because we want to receive consistent care from a doctor who we trust will be here for the long haul. Pay her everything she's want.

Dr. Brickhill-Atkinson is the doctor to have! She took her time with me, listened to my concerns, and addressed them in a manner that I knew she cared. I am glad I selected her as my doctor. I also noticed patients coming out wirh a smile as do I (relaxed, not uptight).

Discussed two issues of concern, one of which is very painful. Neither issue was provided or suggested any resolution, subject was just dropped at end of discussion. I had the feeling that my time was over and I needed to move on - not enough time left in my "timeslot" to go into solving my issues - needed to move on to next patient [...]

I'm 55 and over the years, I have seen countless doctors, nurses, specialists, etc. This was the first doctor (and staff) that actually listened to what I was saying rather than immediately make decisions and judgements with no concern as to what I was saying. For the first time, I felt as if I was given care based on my own individual conditions and concerns instead of cookie-cutter, one size fits all medicine.

Dr Adkinson showed compassion and concerns when we discussed are health issues and were we are now to help keeping us on track to a healthy life.
