She showed me nothing else mattered but my well-being. Very personable respected, I felt heard. She did not sugarcoat my expectations on my health but was also very polite/positive.

I leave each appointment I have with Dr. Brickhill feeling well cared for. She listens and responds to every concern I share. I am so blessed to have her as my primary care physician.

This comment should let you know how much I value the care I get from my Dr and her staff. Living on a minimal fixed income I was offered to choose a different insurance company and I could save myself $125 a month in my cost for that policy. Sounded great until they said I'd have to change my Dr and they could offer to pay all my medical expenses if I would switch and my answer would still be NO WAY! At 67 yrs old I am finally getting the best care I have ever had in my life.

The Doctor was concerned about my problems and explained everything in detail that I could understand. She reviewed my history and made some adjustments to my medications.

Discussed two issues of concern, one of which is very painful. Neither issue was provided or suggested any resolution, subject was just dropped at end of discussion. I had the feeling that my time was over and I needed to move on - not enough time left in my "timeslot" to go into solving my issues - needed to move on to next patient [...]

I'm 55 and over the years, I have seen countless doctors, nurses, specialists, etc. This was the first doctor (and staff) that actually listened to what I was saying rather than immediately make decisions and judgements with no concern as to what I was saying. For the first time, I felt as if I was given care based on my own individual conditions and concerns instead of cookie-cutter, one size fits all medicine.

Dr Adkinson showed compassion and concerns when we discussed are health issues and were we are now to help keeping us on track to a healthy life.
