For Mikalah, psychiatry is more than a profession - it is a calling grounded in the belief that mental health is foundational to a fulfilling life. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, personality disorders and substance use disorders, using a holistic, integrative approach that considers psychological, physical, social, emotional and lifestyle factors. Outside of work, Mikalah enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and being in nature - especially at the beach.
