Dr. Scanlon is a God send. She is always empathetic and caring. In this world, I feel fortunate to have such a physician.

I always get the best of care from Dr Scanlon. She listens to my concerns and gives very good advice and treatment for my problems. She always calls me with lab results and tells me if we need to change anything. She is a great practitioner in all respects.

Communication very difficult for me (language). While Dr. Jia appeared to CARE, I didn't feel he "followed" some of what I was saying. Then he didn't remember certain points, including pharmacy selected. The presence of the preceptor "saved the day".
