Pat Hayes is very good. She always listens to what you say. Very courteous. Always follows up if there is an issue with test results or blood work. So glad to have her as my health care provider.

Didn't really have time to talk too much. Seemed in a hurry

Pat never discussed my lab results with me which I didn't realize until I arrived home and my husband asked me how my cholesterol was which has always been high. It was never brought up during my visit which made me think that Pat never bothered to check my results.

When I accepted an appointment with Pat Hayes, I assumed she would be equal to the job. She said that she would put in a script at CVS for a uti and if I had any symptoms I should get that script and take it. I also left a urine specimen to be cultured. She was supposed to call me by [...] to let me know about the culture. She never called. Since I had no symptoms of a uti I did not take the antibiotic. This week she had the nurse call me about whether or not I had taken the antibiotic. After a couple of other phone calls, she told me that Pat Hayes had prescribed the meds for incontinence. I picked them up yesterday . . . Already. I not only would not recommend Pat Hayes to someone else, I'll not see her again professionally.

My experiences at Moneta medical group Village has always been a pleasant one. Everyone is very professional and kind.

Discussed needing a colonoscopy and mammogram. It was mentioned that the requirement for mammogram might be every two years . Talked about needing the colonoscopy yet there was no direction as to what I needed to do next. Will be calling office to get clarification for both.

This was an impressive visit, exceptional in fact. Very limited wait time. I received an overall consultation/examination. Flu shot, urinalysis, xray, referrals to orthopedics and urologist, plus 2 prescriptions. All in less than an hour. The NP is experienced, knowledgeable and persons able. My meeting couldn't have gone better. Her assistants were also very helpful in walking me through the meeting expeditiously.

NPN Pat is the BEST! I recommend her to everyone who is new to SML.

Pat Hayes is very professional. However, I was informed she had 15 minutes to perform the physical which just isn't enough time. I felt I couldn't ask her about a couple of minor issues I've been having.

Pat Hayes really took the time to listen and offer suggestions. This was my first visit with her and I believe I will continue to see her.
