Dr Tuladhar is a Wonderful Doctor. She listens, she cares about your quality of life, and she addresses my concerns. I'm Blessed to have her as my personal physician. Also, she recommends alternatives to care and other care options. Most doctors don't "listen" to their patients quality of life concerns. Dr. Tuladhar hears us! As a Senior Citizen, that is extremely important. We do t want to just "be comfortable" til we die, we want to "Enjoy" the time we have left!

Dr. Tuladhar is the ONLY doctor that has spent as much time and care about my health. She actually LISTENS and doesn't make you feel as though you are just another on an assembly line. She makes you feel important to her, and that makes me TRUST her and the treatments she recommends. I have been referred to [...] for specialized care, but always want her as part of my health team / plan. Can't say enough good things about her approach to her patients.

Dr Tuladhar is a joy to work with and a bright spot in my day.

The information provided was helpful and timely.

I'm just unsure of the follow up process. As far as bloodwork, test, X-rays. I feel the follow up process is left open. I know there are a lot of patients. I just wanted to know and understand what's the normal follow up process. For an example after blood work when and how do I go about talking It over with her.

Physical exam was incomplete. Only checked heart, lungs and abdomen. Normally I have given high ratings. This time it was really a disservice to me as a patient because this was not thoroughly done. I should not have to ask provider to check what is always included in a checkup. . My lab report was not gone over, only received the comment that it looked good. There was no acknowledgment that several of my important numbers had Improved. I had to bring that up to her. This was probably the shortest time I have spent with this provider as she seemed to be in a hurry, similar to my previous visit.

My care provider went above and beyond what I have been used to. I am so happy to have been paired with her!!!

I waited for about 45 minutes before Dr Tuladhar came into room. She stated she thought I was with student. I had declined having student in room. Her nurse did tell me she was running late. Nursing staff was great. When she arrived in room, she listened to my heart/lungs. Asked if I had questions. I asked one question which she completely blew off. I was there for a well check but I did have a couple of questions which she didn't really address. I will make my next appointment with another provider at your practice. Again, nursing staff and front desk were great. I will not waste my time seeing Dr Tuladhar again.

Always makes me feel like I'm getting "shown the front door" in an excessively warp speed. (In person or phone appointment).Ex.It's my understanding that phone appointments are to be 15 minutes. My recent phone appointment was 9 minutes. I was interrupted and told that "it's 5:00 and I actually have another patient to call". My appointment was actually scheduled for 12:45 but I was told that she would call 4-4:30. It has always seemed that getting out of the office is her number one priority! I don't require slow conversation, just respectful!I am actively searching for a new PCPoutside of the Nationwide group.

She came in with her mind made up about what my problem was before even talking to me. She talked over me and I had a hard time saying what I needed to say. I was initially excited to see another doctor in the practice but decided after this appointment to find another office to transfer to. What happened to doctors who take time to listen and ask good questions? The nurse was much more thorough than her.

Care provider asked how was my sleep-my response was ok that occasionally I have a sleepless night-she recommended what I could take.

Dr. Tuladhar was very attentive, caring, and if she had new patient openings I would choose to have her as my primary care physician. That same level of care was in my follow-up appointment 2 weeks later.

My doctor only addressed one of my concerns and I haven't heard back about bloodwork or a diagnosis that is on my chart that has not been discussed with me. [...] Lack of empathy. 3. I have not been heard and/or the feeling of dismissal.

She was very distant. Took less then 5 minutes with patient. Had very little communication. Did not seem at all concerned with patients ailment. Seeking a new doctor.
