    Rachel is easy to talk to about issues. I'm not not one to get my feelings out but I can with Rachel. She can be no nonsense with you too and you listen to her suggestions .

    One notable thing I want to point out about PA Rachel is, when I thought I was holding her up with all my questions- she totally put me at ease and told me she would be more concerned if I did not have questions.
