Stephanie Stewart went over all labs, looked at my toenail for fungal infection and sent in script to help clear it. She is prompt with messages when I need refills or have a question.

If there is a concern I have that she does not have an answer about, she will consult with her colleagues in order to get me an answer. She truly is wonderful to have as my primary care provider!

I really like Stephanie Stewart. She listened intently. She responds quickly if I ever email her.

I have had good experiences in the past with my care provider, but I do feel like my concerns were kind of glossed over at my last visit. I brought up an issue and she didn't ask follow up questions to actually determine if there could be a real issue. Instead it felt like maybe she's tired of people seeing videos on the internet and didn't actually want to get into a conversation with me. Without a conversation, I'm just right back to looking up information online which probably just perpetuates the cycle. I'd much rather be educated from my care provider as a reliable source, but last appointment I felt dismissed.

I was feeling pretty bad so was glad she could work me in . Was thorough but in and out quickly so I could get home and rest .Thanks !

She genuinely cares

Stephanie Stewart is easy to talk to and very real.

My care was good in that she identified the likely problem and tested for it quickly. But where I felt VERY uncared for was after the test results came back. I could see on MyChart or Healthy U or whatever app you use that the tests had come back positive for C diff, and that she had called in a prescription for it, so I was able to start that the same day. But I never got any guidance on how to care for myself other than taking 40 pills. No one told me what to eat, or what NOT to eat. Yes, I could Google it and find good (?) info, but I didn't think to do that for a couple of days when my symptoms were still getting worse! I continued to drink lots of milk, which I usually do. I don't eat particularly spicy foods anyway, but a little heads-up about what I should do would have been nice. A nurse called me the day after my visit to tell me what I'd already read on the texts, but no advice then either about self care. I would think it would be pretty simple to give patients their care instructions either on a piece of paper, or via text, or even a link to your website or [...] or whoever knows this stuff. It would make a huge difference.

I love how thorough the exams are and how she listens to my concerns. She explains any test results so I totally understand any situations.

Ms. Stewart was very warm & easy to talk to, I truly enjoyed my visit.

Possibly because I saw a new medical doctor for the first time it just wasn't exactly what I was expecting as compared to other visits I had to the same facility.

Stephanie is quirky, which is great if I wasn't going through a miscarriage. I felt like the way she responded by saying "I've had one of those" made me feel like it was no big deal or like I was talking about a dog I got. Even though I know miscarriages are common, it definitely wasn't the reaction I was looking for from a medical professional.

Was caught off guard by questions until she explained more but then surprised by not pushing harder to get me in for testing like she seemed to feel I really needed quickly.

Stephanie had taken time during her lunch break to read about alpha gal in order to help me. Very impressive!

Left feeling more optimistic about my care . Felt heard .

My Care Provider was friendly. She introduced herself to me when she entered my room with a smile. She was informed of my previous medical history prior to my appointment and was familiar with my medications. She went over the future plans for my care.
