I was sent from Surgery Center to cardiology. I was seen almost immediately. I may have been in waiting room 5 minutes. PA Stephen Amos explained everything in acute detail. I can't imagine anything he could have left out. I was extremely satisfied and felt very confident that I was in good hands.

Mr Amos is very astute and listens well. He and I discussed how to move forward and what to expect. Apparently it has been difficult to get referrals through to other providers. We agreed I should see a pulmonologist. However, referrals made have not been acknowledged, and, therefore no appointments have been made. Mr Amos told me he will try again and follow up. I guess we'll see whether I actually will see such pulmonologist. We can only hope.

I believe this was my 2nd visit with Stephen - he does not make me feel rushed. He listens to my questions concerns and does not brush things off as "anxiety" like other providers I have seen.
