He was very dismissive of the issue I had come in for. He got frustrated because there was no ultrasound completed prior to the appointment, which he reported was required for a referral. [...] When asked about whether or not pain Is normal for a possible cyst, he went on to say that they do not manage pain and essentially talked to me like I was med seeking. He was not very helpful or reassuring in the two minutes he spent with me.
