I appreciate Dr. Neal's 'bed-side manner" ... He comes across very caring, concerned about any issues - and handles the responses well if it is something to be concerned about or if something to simply 'calm' my concerns and explain why there is no need to worry. He listens very well, he clearly has looked at my 'chart'/current info before he enters the room. It makes for a useful and efficient appointment. I highly recommend him.
