Timothy Olsen is the only care giver, with the exception of my previous Centra PA who recommended Timothy Olsen, that has ever been able to address and control my migraines. He listens to everything and attempts to solve with minimal medication which is my wish. I recommend him at every opportunity.

Not enough comication regarding patient condition

[...] Dr. Olsen is absolutely the best neurologist I have had. I had my insurance say, if I went to a neurologist, they would approve a new migraine med I wanted to try. I went but the pharmacy would say it was not approved. Dr. Olsen was immediately on it and kept fighting the insurance with the right verbage to explain the reasons!!

Tim Olsen does an excellent great job of administering my Botox injections in a pain free manner.He quickly responds when a medication needs a refill at the pharmacy.

Fantastic experience

I am seen yearly by Tim Olsen for chronic but infrequent migraines, but recently had five headaches in six days. My call to Neuro had Mr. Olsen sending supplementary Rx's to my pharmacy almost immediately, resulting the severity of subsequent headaches during yearly appointments Mr. Olsen is considerate and thorough. I always feel heard, and, aware of previous problems with my insurer; he always makes sure I have so adequate supply of the meds, I must use as a post heart attack patient. Wonderful care.

He is highly committed to his patients, genuinely attentive to their needs and questions, and always ready to help with care and professionalism.

He's a great down to earth Dr. kind & helpful.

Tim is the absolute best! He takes his time. Sits down and talks to you like a regular person. He doesnt give up or just dismiss you when a problem persists. Really feel like he cares about how you feel and doing everything in his power to help! Just cant say enough good absolute him!
